Highly Efficient Mode Conversion: Our end-launch waveguide to coaxial adapters are mathematically optimized to ensure a seamless, low-loss signal transition from the waveguide TE10 mode to the coaxial TEM mode. This precise field matching guarantees an exceptionally low Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (≤1.2 or lower depending on the band) and minimized insertion loss (≤ 0.3dB) across broadband RF and mmWave frequencies from WR137 down to WR10.

Micron-Precision Probe Realignment: The critical internal transition involves a microscopic coupling probe that must be positioned with absolute accuracy. Utilizing state-of-the-art CNC milling and rigid manufacturing tolerances down to ±0.005mm, we ensure that the probe’s depth, centering, and internal cavity steps are flawless. This repeatable sub-micron precision completely eliminates internal reflections and structural variances during high-frequency production runs.

Premium Coaxial Connectors & Rugged Construction: Available with high-performance male and female coaxial connectors (including SMA, 2.92mm, 2.4mm, 1.85mm  or 1.0mm depending on the frequency band) to support broad frequency coverage. The mechanical interfaces are robustly engineered to provide an exceptionally stable impedance matching environment, preventing signal degradation even under continuous mating cycles in laboratory or field instrumentation setups.

Excellent Interfacing & Surface Treatment: Available in precision-machined Aluminum or Brass. For aluminum bodies, we offer specialized conductive oxidation and paint finishes to ensure superior corrosion resistance while maintaining perfect electrical conductivity. Terminated with standard precision flanges (such as FDP70 or UG-style), the adapters feature perfect alignment pin configurations to guarantee gap-free, RF-leakage-free mechanical connections with your microwave test networks.
